CROSSFIT / LIFTING
A form of high intensity interval training. It is a strength and conditioning workout made up of functional movement at a high intensity aka less reps, heavier weight in a short period of time.
Crossfit is a foundation for many of the world's police academies and tactical operations teams; fire departments; military special operations units; champion martial artists; and thousands of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Airsoft Sports
A military simulation sport where players participate in mock combat while utilizing authentic military style weapons and tactics.
Unlike paintball, Airlift uses round BBs made of hard plastic. The weapons are replicas of bullet ammunition weapons.
Airsoft requires practice, physical training, and agile planning and execution tactics.


SHOOTING SPORTS
Shooting sports is a group of competitive and recreational sporting activities involving proficiency tests of accuracy, precision and speed in shooting — the art of using ranged weapons, mainly small arms and bows/crossbows.
Shooting sports usually takes place on a gun range, or closed outdoor range.
CALISTHENICS
Calisthenics or callisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups, such as standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises.
