THE WHY
"Fitness has helped me get through tough times, reduce my stress, and help with my mental health. I have many family and friends in the military and are first responders.
During my landscaping company, we were receiving so many jobs that I needed to let off some steam at the gym. I wouldn't realize it when I started, but I found a new passion, fitness. I couldn't find a brand with tactical aesthetics, focusing on helping mental health through fitness, and giving back to the troops and first responders who serve and protect us.
So I built it. I hope to help execute YOUR fitness mission."
